What To Do When Xbox Slim Freezes?

Don't you just hate it when your game freezes while you are playing with your Xbox slim? How would you know what is the cause of the problem?

Somebody answered that if it is not the game disc, it must be the console. So check both. Check the disc for scratches. If the disc is okay, then bring the console back if it is still under warranty or have it seen for repairs.
